- Please note that in case of unavoidable external reasons such as (weather conditions,political rallies, VIP movement, or power cuts) the walk may be cancelled. The participant will be informed about the walk via phone, mail, and WhatsApp. The participant will benotified on the site in case of unexpected cancellation. The participant has the liberty to take another walk by the company against the payment they have made within 30 days from the date of the registered walk. The company shall mail the same after postponing the event. The company does not have a refund policy.
- The company will not refund the ticket if the participant cancels the walk due to an emergency, ill health, or traffic delay. The participant may send a friend or a family member against the purchase they have made.
